I hold a Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology, Diploma in Couple and Family Therapy, Diploma in Psychotherapy and Diploma in Health and Social Care. I’m an ACCPH registered and accredited/qualified counsellor, an Complementary Medical Association Practitioner Full Member, and an BAPCA(British Association for the Person-Centred Approach) registered Practitioner.I have experience in counselling people with many different problems, I also have experience as a Crisis Counsellor. In order to enhance my practice, I participate in regular continuing professional development. I support clients to facilitate change, overcome distress and look at old patterns of behaviour. The sessions provided will enable you to think differently about your life and help you to alleviate your issues. I will listen to you without judgement in a valuing and accepting environment.
